This privacy policy applies to the Coffee Mark app and website (together, the "Service") operated by Redd King LLC ("Service Provider") as a free service. The Service is provided "AS IS".
The Service maps publicly cataloged NYC coffee shops. When you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the identifier and email address associated with that account, plus the lists and ratings you create. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps, user agent) for operational and abuse-prevention purposes.
Account data is used to sync your saved lists and ratings across sessions and devices. Aggregated, non-identifying data may be used to understand which neighborhoods and shops are most popular.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use cross-site ad trackers. Rating photos remain on the device unless you explicitly upload them later — for v1 of the Service, photos stay local.
Refresh tokens rotate when they are refreshed and have a fixed 30-day expiry. Signing out revokes the refresh session used on that device.
